Compassionate Mental Health Care with a Supportive Community
At MadCity Psychology, we believe healing happens in community. Our group therapy options provide a safe, compassionate space to connect with others on similar journeys. We offer lunch support groups, eating disorder recovery groups, and creative arts-based groups that support expression, connection, and growth. Whether you’re exploring recovery, rebuilding trust with your body, or seeking shared understanding, our groups foster meaningful connection in a welcoming, affirming environment.

Lunch Bunch!
LUNCH GROUPS
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays, 12 pm - 1 pm
Lunch Bunch is a supportive, therapist-facilitated group designed to provide meal support, connection, and community during lunchtime.
Recovery can feel isolating—but you don’t have to do it alone.
This group offers a space to share a meal, build relationships with others on a similar path, and feel seen and supported in your recovery journey.
Bring your lunch and be prepared to share how it fits with your meal plan or recovery goals. There's no pressure to be perfect—just a place to show up, practice self-compassion, and connect with others who get it.
If you’re looking for increased structure or accountability, let us know ahead of time so we can tailor support to your needs.

Whether you’re managing medical issues, mental health, relationships, school, or work, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll share, listen, and support one another in a space that values honesty, empathy, and growth.

Led by recovery coach, Jeanine Olsen, this group focuses on:

Exploring healthy coping skills
-
Building motivation and resilience
-
Finding your identity beyond the eating disorder
-
Giving and receiving support from others who truly get it
Group members are invited to check in, share their progress, express challenges or ambivalence, and set realistic recovery goals for the week. While we don’t go into detail about specific behaviors, we focus on connection, compassion, and moving forward—together.
