Nikki Isaacson (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian who offers a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to care. She specializes in working with individuals ages 13 and up who are navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic health conditions. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, weight-inclusive nutrition therapy that honors the whole person, not just their symptoms.

Nikki’s goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to rebuild trust with their bodies, explore their relationship with food, and cultivate lasting self-compassion. She brings curiosity and warmth to the counseling process and adapts care to meet each client where they are.

She holds a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist as well as a Mindful Eating Practitioner. Her practice is both evidence-based and flexible, integrating clinical expertise with a deep respect for lived experience and autonomy.

Nikki’s clinical background includes working at The Lotus Collaborative, a leading eating disorder recovery center in California. There, she supported clients across various levels of care and deepened her understanding of how trauma, identity, and environment intersect with nourishment and healing.

In addition to her work with clients, Nikki is passionate about advocacy and reducing weight stigma in healthcare. She enjoys educating fellow providers on implementing inclusive, weight-neutral approaches that promote dignity and equity. Outside of work, Nikki finds joy in playing golf, exploring nature, and watching reality TV with friends. She is honored to walk alongside clients in their journeys toward healing, recovery, and a more peaceful relationship with food and body.
